Project Description
Comcon were appointed by the developer to review around 150+/- Variation Orders that had been issued by the Main Contractor. Even though there was a PM and QS appointed to the project the owner wanted a second opinion of such VO’s and a comparison on the unit rates used in the Vo’s from the original cost plan and the tender document BOQ.
The Sands is a 18,000 Sq.m, 260 unit, 27 storey condominium. The project is now completed and sales have been very impressive and the final produce is of the highest quality and standards.
