Project Description
Comcon is delighted to be working in conjunction with Sardex Co. Ltd, a major developer based in Bangkok, Thailand. This project involves the renovation of The Residence 26, which is located, as the name would suggest, in Sukhumvit Soi 26. Sardex and Comcon will be working in collaboration with the original architect who designed the property more than 30 years and continues with the company on an ongoing basis.
