Construction of STO HIYAA – 2 Nos of social housing 15 storey residential tower building with 12000 sqft foot print at Hulhumale Phase 2, Rep of Maldives. Residential tower consist of commercial space, amenities and parking at ground floor, one bedroom apartments from first floor to  fourth floor and 2 bedroom apartment & two plus 1 bed room apartments from 5th floor to 14th floor. Each residential tower has 216 apartments. Each tower has children play area at ground floor.

The employer of STO HIYAA project is State trading Organization, Maldives. The project management and technical consultancy of STO HIYAA project is COMCON Service Ltd, Thailand. The contractor of STO HIYAA project is The 23rd Metallurgicall Construction Group Co Ltd of MInmetals, China. The STO HIYAA project construction cost is $USD 29,420,000.00 and the project construction duration is 24 months. STO HIYAA project divided in to 2 phases. Phase 1 consist of first five floors completion include finishes in 8months duration and phase 2 consist of balance all floors (up to 15 floors) completion include finishes in 16 months duration.
