• Degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience
• Highly responsible ,problem solve and works hard to deliver the result
• Good command and communicate in English will be advantage
• Preparing cost plan, cost estimates to establish project budget
• Preparing tender document ,contract document , bill of quantity and comparison and value engineering etc.
Post-Contract work including the processing of progress payments, variation orders, meeting and cost report etc.
